We have a team of experienced trade’s people who carry out repairs and maintenance to the properties we manage. As soon as you become aware of any maintenance issues please contact us. We act promptly to have any maintenance issues dealt with, therefore if you need to report a problem, please fill in the online maintenance form below.
It is a provision of the Residential Tenancy Act 1997 that tenants advise of any maintenance issues that occur during the tenancy. If you do not, you could be liable for additional costs to the owner from damage caused.

Burst hot water unit
A blocked/broken toilet
A serious roof leak
A gas leak
A dangerous electrical fault
Flooding or serious flood damage
A serious storm or fire damage
A failure or breakdown of any essential services or appliance provided by the landlord for hot water, cooking, heating or laundering
A failure or breakdown of the gas, electricity, or water supply
Any fault or damage in the premises that makes the premises unsafe or insecure
An appliance, fitting or fixture that is not working properly and causes a substantial amount of water to be wasted
A serious fault in a lift or staircase
Please note: for replacement of lost keys, damage to locks, etc cost will be incurred by renters) If the repairs are not urgent or are not the Rental Providers responsibility and you request for a trade’s person to attend, you may be required to pay the account.
